What You Will Be Doing

As Director, Corporate Services, you’ll lead a diverse portfolio across Finance, IT, Marketing, and Operational Support to drive strategic growth and operational excellence across MGG Health APAC. You’ll play a key role in shaping business performance, enabling transformation, and ensuring corporate services are aligned with organisational goals.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and aligning Finance, IT, Marketing, and Operational Support to deliver strategic corporate services that support business objectives across APAC
• Driving financial strategy and performance, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and presenting insights to the Board and senior leadership
• Championing operational excellence through shared services, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
• Overseeing compliance and governance, ensuring adherence to legislative, professional, and internal standards across all corporate functions
• Shaping and executing IT strategy, including digital transformation, system security, vendor management, and global alignment
• Guiding marketing strategy and execution, enhancing brand visibility, candidate attraction, and commercial impact
• Leading strategic projects and change initiatives, ensuring readiness, agility, and alignment with organisational goals
• Inspiring and leading high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all corporate service functions

What Will You Bring to the Role?

• Proven leadership across multiple corporate functions such as Finance, IT, Marketing, and Operations—ideally within a global, matrixed organisation
• Over 10 years’ experience in senior finance roles, with strong commercial acumen and strategic insight
• Expertise in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and risk management—including M&A, investment appraisal, and foreign exchange strategies
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a track record of building strategic partnerships
• Experience driving digital transformation, operational excellence, and enterprise technology initiatives
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, scenario planning, and performance optimisation
• Demonstrated success in leading complex organisational change and managing business continuity
• Knowledge of marketing principles and experience aligning marketing strategy with commercial goals
