What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Remote Nursing team, you’ll be the go-to person for candidates - guiding them through onboarding, ensuring their documentation meets compliance standards, and helping them get ready for locum assignments with confidence and ease Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain and update candidate records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

• Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with client-specific compliance requirements.

• Conduct regular audits of candidate documentation to meet regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with external providers to complete background checks and credentialing processes.

• Delegate onboarding and credentialing tasks to offshore teams, ensuring consistency and quality control.

• Manage contractor logistics, including travel and accommodation, in line with compliance protocols.

• Ensure CRM data integrity and support reporting for compliance tracking.

• Build professional networks and engage candidates through social media outreach.

• Respond promptly to compliance-related queries and support ad-hoc projects.

• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to deliver compliant, high-quality service to clients and candidates
