Candidate Consultant - Rural GP

What you'll be doing:
Supporting the Rural GP team, you’ll be the go-to person for candidates - guiding them through onboarding, ensuring their documentation meets compliance standards, and helping them get ready for locum assignments with confidence and ease.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building relationships: Source new candidates and grow strong professional networks.
• Keeping things on track: Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Managing logistics: Coordinate travel and accommodation for Doctors.
• Driving compliance: Oversee credentialing, background checks, and CRM data integrity.
• Collaborating: Work closely with recruiters to deliver a seamless, high-quality service.
• Problem-solving: Respond quickly to queries and support ad-hoc projects with a proactive mindset.

Previous experience in healthcare or recruitment (highly desirable).
