Compliance Consultant - Global Medics NZ
If you're organised, detail-focused and passionate about delivering a great customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Help doctors get where they're needed | Auckland CBD
Great healthcare recruitment doesn't stop when a doctor accepts a role.
Before they can start, there are credentials to check, documents to coordinate, deadlines to manage and, often, flights, accommodation and travel arrangements to organise.
That's where you come in.
We're looking for an organised, proactive and service-focused Compliance Consultant to join our Global Medics team in Auckland.
About Global Medics
Global Medics is a specialist healthcare recruitment business connecting doctors with locum and permanent opportunities across New Zealand.
Our Auckland team works with doctors, hospitals and healthcare organisations across the country, helping healthcare professionals move smoothly from accepting an opportunity through to arriving ready to start.
We're part of MGG Health, a specialist healthcare recruitment group operating across Australia and New Zealand.
Our values are simple: We Trust. We Care. We Celebrate. We Open Doors.
About the role
As a Compliance Consultant, you’ll play a key role in getting doctors ready to start their assignments across New Zealand. Working closely with candidates and Recruitment Consultants, you’ll coordinate credentialling and onboarding requirements, keep documentation and systems accurate, and arrange travel and accommodation where required. It’s a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys keeping multiple moving parts on track while delivering a highly responsive and personalised candidate experience.
What you'll bring
You'll ideally have 2+ years' experience in healthcare administration, recruitment coordination, credentialling, onboarding, customer service, travel coordination or another fast-paced service environment.
You'll bring:
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisation and attention to detail
The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
A proactive approach to follow-up and problem-solving
Confidence using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
A genuine commitment to delivering a great candidate experience
Experience in healthcare or recruitment would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
Why you’ll love working with us?
At MGG Health, we're committed to creating a workplace that supports your growth, wellbeing and success. Here's what we offer:
A supportive, values-led culture built on We Trust, We Care, We Celebrate and We Open Doors, where your contribution matters and your voice is heard.
Genuine flexibility with working arrangements that support your personal and professional balance.
Additional leave to celebrate your birthday, focus on your wellbeing, or invest in your growth through learning and development.
A fully funded events calendar with monthly, quarterly and annual gatherings that bring our team together in style.
Customisable perks so you can choose benefits that suit your lifestyle, because one size doesn't fit all.
Ongoing development and career opportunities that help you thrive and take your career to the next level.
Competitive parental leave to support you and your family through life's important moments.
Recognition for the difference you make through our Recognition & Rewards Program, including regular shout-outs, quarterly celebrations and annual awards.
If you're someone who gets satisfaction from making things happen, keeping people informed and knowing every detail has been taken care of, you'll enjoy this role.
Ready to join us?
If you're organised, detail-focused and passionate about delivering a great customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
